Responsibilities:

• A person will be responsible for the human resource management of our stores and digital business team.
• A person is responsible for attendance, payroll, commission and employee information system management.
• A person is responsible for talent acquistion, training, development and retention for the company.
• A person is responsible to manage legal, compliance, policy establishment and management, culture amangement and other roles related to the domain.
• A person is responsible to actively manage his/her role as an HR manager.

Qualification: BS, BBA, MBA in Finance & Accounts

Experience: 1 to 2 years Experience in this field

Responsibilities:

• Daily preparation of bank reconciliation
• Posting of purchase invoices after matching with goods receipt note & vendor invoices
• Communication with the vendors regarding all queries related to the purchase invoices
• Monthly Payable and receivable ledgers reconciliation
• Weekly vendor balance age analysis for approval of payment purpose
• Posting of all types of accounting vouchers i.e. payment vouchers, receipt vouchers and journal vouchers
• Getting the daily time sheet from all the departments
• Preparation of payroll
• Assistance and coordination with team lead for any other accounting work
